1. Data Privacy & Confidentiality (Kenya Data Protection Act 2019)
BoraTech Cyber strictly respects customer privacy. All personal details provided for eCitizen, KRA tax returns, TSC appraisals, HELB applications, and passport forms are encrypted and handled exclusively by certified cyber officers. We NEVER share, store, or sell customer credentials to third parties.
2. Cyber Administrative Services
BoraTech operates as an independent cyber service facilitation center based in Eldoret, Kenya. While we facilitate digital filing on official government portals (eCitizen, KRA iTax, TSC, NTSA, SHA), approval decisions remain under the sole jurisdiction of the respective government authorities.
3. Printing & Custom Merchandise Refunds
For digital printing, rubber stamps, custom apparel, and promotional merchandise: order proofing is reviewed with the customer before physical production. Defective products caused by machine printing errors are replaced free of charge within 48 hours.
